Подобные теории не раз всплывают в прессе. Нечто такое говорили и про убийство Джона Леннона. Хендрикс получил популярность с начала в Англии, а уже потом, после Монтерея, в США. Не думаю, что в 1970-м он, хоть и негр, был настолько опасен для правительства США
