Thank you for getting in touch and for purchasing a Fyne Audio product.
Optimal height for any speaker and any stand is for the tweeter to be APPROXIMATELY at eye level when sitting listening. One word of advice I would say with any stand being used with F500 or F500SP, is to mass load the supporting columns with either kiln dried sand or lead shot to provide a bit of mass, and to stop any unwanted ringing/resonance. It really does pay dividends with these speakers.
