Беремо звичайний тюнер сат і стаємо на радіо канал припустимо RMF Classic.
Дивимося на швидкість звукового потоку - величина змінна але в межах 160 kbit/s.
То в чому прикіл? Де новизна і "высокая точность"?
Висока точність досягається більш складним алгоритмом стиснення - DVD vs mpeg4 ?
