The BMRDA has approved the 150-acre proposed township known as KNS Samooha New Launch, which is located in Nelamangala, North Bangalore. More than 2,500 residential plots are available in the KNS Samooha project, with a 600 square foot plot costing ₹50 lakhs. The KNS Samooha was introduced on February 15, 2026, and is being developed by KNS Infrastructure. Plots in KNS Samooha, one of North Bangalore's largest planned developments in 2026, start at about ₹5,750 per square foot.
