I'm going to do it, but it is not easy: it is necessary to fulfill a lots of requirements from OpenWRT project administration. The last time I had a fight  with thess, and no longer want.
In the near future I plan "repair" squeezewrt repository so that luci-app-squeezelite can be used with squeezelite from main OpenWRT repository.
Hi, I'm really looking forward this new "repaired version" to build an updated version of squeezelite compatible with SqueezeWRT !
Do you have any news ? Can I help for... |

Hi,
Hi, the package source is not good anymore in the Makefile of squeezelite.
I have created an issue here :
https://github.com/squeezewrt/squeezewrt/issues/1
It can be a good reason to updat to ralph-irving fork v1.8.4-743.
By the way, I have asked to integrate SqueezeWRT as a default package for OpenWRT, the answer was : The squeezewrt/luci interface needs to be repackaged for the luci repo and its standards. See here.

It's because this version of squeezelite was compiled without LIRC support
Thank you for the information.
I have followed the "read me" from the SqueezeWRT main page.
I'm pretty sure that tvug has the same problem.
- What is the right way to compile it with LIRC ?
- In fact I don't need LIRC, there is no way to have a version without LIRC option ?

когда выбираю другое аудиоустройства, после применения ошибка: Bad Gateway
The process did not produce any response
Содержимое файла squeezelite.cmdline:
-z -n SqueezeWRT -o hw:0,0 -M SqueezeLite -a 200::: -e flac,mp3,aac,ogg,wma,alac -D -i /tmp/squeezelite.lircrc
Same problem here.
When I install the package "squeezelite_1.8-1_ar71xx.ipk" I can see the error "Option error: -i"
In fact the problem comes from "-i" option : it is not supported by Squeezelite.
I have modified "/etc/rc.d/K1squeezelite" and removed "$lirc" variable in the command li... |

Thanks so much for this SqueezeWRT! I was looking for a cheap squeezebox player and recently I buy an Airplay / DLNA player named "Sounmate M2".
