I have checked the plastic clips and they seem OK, but I will keep eye on them when I clean the dust from inside the amp's chasis. My initial question was about the right positioning of the thermal transistors in the heatsinks. As you can see on the picture, they are in touch with the q13 and q113 that are pressed by the plastic clips. Is that OK or they should be separated?
   

And yes I checked the idle current, it should be 21,5mV as indicated. Well, one channel was about 19mV and the other just 9mV
