Касательно настройки васапи автор пишет:

If you set this to less than 10 millisecond the sound may be distorted.
Be carefull with this setting.

If you set BufferSizeInMilliseconds to say 15 seconds (15000) it means that the audio engine will work on its own
(without interaction with StealthAudioPlayer) for 15 seconds between the times when buffers get reloaded and swapped.
During this period all StealthAudioPlayer does is waits for the event from audio engine - no other threads no user interface handling.
Setting BufferSizeInMilliseconds to large values (>15000 depending on the system) may lead to good results sound quality wise.

With some devices 15000 is too large and you may get no sound.
In this case you may want to set this value to 100 or something in 50 - 512 range.
This may aplly to small usb audio adapters or laptop built in codecs.

Buffer size aligning. New by default is shown below.

BufferSizeAlignmentInBytes=128

If you use WASAPAI for your audio device this setting may change SQ.
if you want to revert alignment logic back to SAP version <= 0.1.9 then set:
BufferSizeAlignmentInBytes=0

You can set microseconds part in buffer size if needed. (0 is the same as SAP <=0.1.9)
It could be used in addition to the above. In most of the cases should be =0.
